MAMY Opticians at Thika Road Mall (TRM)
Our TRM store is on the first floor of Thika Road Mall, just off Thika Road. It is our northernmost store and the nearest MAMY for anyone along the Thika Road corridor — Roysambu, Kasarani, Kahawa, Ruiru and beyond.
TRM is open seven days a week, including Sunday from 11am. Come in for a free computerised eye test with our optometrist — about 15 minutes — then try the full range of MAMY frames and sunglasses.
Standard lenses are included with every frame. We bill 29 medical insurers directly, and adjustments and repairs under warranty are free for as long as you own your glasses.

What you can do at this store
Free computerised eye test
About 15 minutes with our optometrist. We measure your distance and near vision, check an existing prescription, and look at the overall health of your eyes. No charge, no obligation to buy.
Frame fitting
Try the full range — Essential from Ksh 1,900, Eyewear from Ksh 6,500, Signature from Ksh 15,000, lenses included — and get honest advice on fit and face shape.
Prescription lenses
Standard-index clear lenses with anti-reflective, anti-scratch and 100% UV coatings are included. Add Blue Control or Photochromic for Ksh 3,000, Photomax for Ksh 5,000, or extra-thin 1.6 lenses for Ksh 8,500.
Contact lens fitting
Fitting and advice in store while our online contact lens range is on its way.
Adjustments and repairs
Free cleaning, tightening and nose-pad replacement for as long as you own your frames, and a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Insurance direct billing
We bill 29 medical insurers directly, including AAR, APA, Britam, CIC, Old Mutual and UAP — see the full list. Bring your card or member number.
Sunday opening is 11am — a little later than weekdays.

- Yes. Delivery is free across Kenya and usually takes 2–3 working days in Nairobi. Unworn frames can be returned within 30 days, and TRM will fit or adjust your frames for free once they arrive.
